I have been a customer of Regional Supply for many, many years. I remember helping the owner, Dave Fisher, setting up their first website. That was a long time ago, when they were located at 300 W.
I was pleased when they moved to their new location, which looks great.
Nice waiting area. Free wifi to keep working or checking emails while waiting.
Their commitment to quality service and availability of their products has always been excellent.
I appreciate the free delivery (only for orders $100 or more) but it would be nice if they can lower to $50.
I have to add that I am very pleased to shop with such great people. Great customer service. Always nice people, always in a good mood.
Their online ordering system is not that user friendly but other than that, this is a great company to do business with.
Horrible ordering experience. Order received and credit card charged. 2nd day delivery guaranteed. After emailing and calling 2 times through the week and no response was informed that the items placed were all out of stock. Absolutely no communication up to this point and a full week later with me reaching out over 8 times. To finally be told I was out of luck and would not get my order for 2 weeks. For a small business this cost me over $600 of business as I had to deny the work for lack of materials. Terrible customer service on the part of Spandex.
Shylo and Dianne are super welcoming, helpful and great to work with! Spandex offers A1 quality materials and tools and great classes. This place deserves 6 stars, for sure.
Spandex is a far cry from what Regional Supply was. They have the same team but the Spandex system has handicapped them and online ordering is a real disappointment. They have also reduced there selection of outlier products. If it wasn't for their free delivery we would not use them.
They are awesome! Gabe always comes through from me! I've placed multiple orders, of rolls and rolls of vinyl - and they are fast, nice, and a great price!
And I did have the a slight mistake on an order once, and it was fixed ASAP. Will continue to do business with them!
Have had nothing but an awesome experience with this company. Not only do they provide me with the materials and tools I need to get my jobs done, but the customer service is fantastic as well! The last wrap class I attended was very beneficial to our company.. And I would have never got into one if Regional Supply didn't recommend it. Love this company and look forward to continue using them for all our vinyl and graphic needs!
I've been using Regional Supply as our lead vinyl distributor for a few years now. They are amazing to work with and always go the extra mile to help me grow my business. The whole team there is awesome and Bo has been really helped us scale despite the challenging supply chain issues. I would highly recommend working with them.
Call 4 hrs ahead to pick up an order that I was told would be ready only to find that they never took care of it and I was asked to wait 30 min for them to get the order together.
